Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your watch. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are simple and can be done by contacting us at support@sandropoedagar.com.

RETURN PERIOD:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your watch, no questions asked. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within this period.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
All items must be returned in resaleable condition, unworn, and with the original tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • For "Buy 1 Get 1" offers, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or store credit if only one item is returned. However, you can exchange one of the items for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one item, please return the item you wish to exchange and keep the other.

RETURN COSTS:
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary depending on your location and courier. Please note that all returns must be sent to our supplier in Asia.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 working days. You’ll be notified once your refund has been processed. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.

What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?
If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, our customer service team will inform you of the expected restock date or offer alternative solutions.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It’s a five-digit code. If you didn’t receive the email, our customer service is here to help.

What if my product is faulty or damaged?
If your product is damaged during shipping or production, please email a photo of the issue to support@sandropoedagar.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem quickly.

What if I want to return my item after the 30-day return period?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. If the return period has expired, we can offer an exchange or voucher. Please contact customer support for further assistance.
